Spent five days with long time friends from high school celebrating our 60th birthday year. Had a great time. Ate, drank, enjoyed the beach, went to a Foreigner concert at the Amphitheater (great venue!!), did the original Ghost Pub Tour, spent St. Paddy's Day at Meehan's Irish Pub (and some other spots), shopped, and spent our last night having drinks and dinner at Cap's on the Water (HIGHLY recommend!!!) Be there for sunset!! The house was perfect and had everything we needed! It is exactly as described and better in person!! Hope to be back!! Super host and so responsive!! A trip to remember.

We stayed for a couple of nights and it was beautiful. The access to the beach is unbeatable. The house is very spacious with multiple rooms to pick from. Super clean and a safe area. More affordable than the nearby hotels and it’s an entire house! Dom is very reliable and easy to reach, thank you for being a sweet host. You already have reserved parking so no need to worry. The beds are so comfortable and clean! I even took a nap on the couch it was like sleeping on the clouds.

Such a beautiful house and in a very nice location! Dominick was very helpful and considerate, knowing we had a baby coming he checked his baby gates, found one to be broken and went to 2 stores that day to get one so we wouldn’t have to. So much to say! Dominick is caring & responds immediately. He checks in to see if anything is needed. The property has private beach and pool access, but the deck on the property is perfect. Dominick does all the little things, but here is something interesting-he has 2 laundry baskets! Never realized how this little amenity made our stay easier! He always says what is expected, but it isn’t much. He is one special host and so is the location of this property!

Lovely, home-like, beautifully-cared for house, two minutes' walk from Anastasia beach. The living areas and two bedrooms were very comfortably furnished, with great beds, excellent appliances, and hot showers. The location is perfect, in a quiet neighborhood just off the main street, with great restaurants within walking distance and many more a a short drive away. Pleasant drive to historic St. Augustine, 15 minutes away. Highly recommended for a perfect vacation!

We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The house is exactly as described. Very well maintained, well appointed, comfortable beds, and very clean. The location worked perfectly for us- walking distance to the beach and many restaurants, and just a short drive to the historic part of St Augustine. We had no problems with any neighborhood noise.
Dominick was a perfect host, providing excellent instructions on finding the house and getting inside, and quick check ins to make certain we were satisfied and had no issues. We will certainly return!
PS- if you find yourself in St Augustine Beach on New Year’s Eve, don’t miss the fireworks at the pier. They were fantastic!

I had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful place! Everything was spotless, and it had all the amenities we needed and then some. The backyard was absolutely stunning; I can only imagine how much more we would’ve enjoyed it if the weather had been better.
Dominick, the owner, was fantastic, so friendly and incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. The location couldn’t have been more perfect. It’s just a short walk to the beach, as well as some great restaurants with live entertainment. At the same time, it’s in a quiet, peaceful part of town, which was just what we were looking for.

The drive to Vilano beach/ marina and to downtown St. Augustine is easily accessed by highways within 15-30 mins.
The area is very very quiet ( December) and tucked away in a private little neighborhood.

We enjoyed our stay. The home was cozy and clean. Master is on the bottom level with one other bedroom and two other bedrooms upstairs where the kitchen is located. There was no view of the ocean but you could get to the beach with a short stroll. St Augustine has many restaurants and shops. Dominick’s place was one of the nicest air bnb I’ve stay at. It was beautifully decorated and he paid attention to detail. The back yard was amazing. Supplied plenty for the beach and indoors. Games etc. The place was well stocked although I would have loved some wine glasses. We loved the location. Beach right across the street, it was peaceful and a short drive into town. Beautiful space in an amazing location. We never went to the pool but it’s literally right next to the house. We spent the majority of our time at the beach. The private access was unexpected and such a convenient perk. There were plenty of beach chairs and wagons to carry our items. During the week, there was minimal traffic and it felt like we had the beach to ourselves. Walking distance to coffee shops and dining areas.
The house itself was great. We had 8 people and plenty of space. One of the rooms was on the smaller end but with all the living space available it wasn’t a big deal. We were there for a wedding and it was so nice that every room had a full length mirror. We only cooked one meal in the house, but the kitchen was decently stocked with the necessary amenities for that. Highly recommend this space and we would definitely come back if we ever find ourselves in the area again.

We really enjoyed staying here. Everything was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped, anything you don’t see on the counter is stored in the cabinets. Our group of four adults had plenty of space. It was lovely to be so close to the beach and many fantastic restaurants (especially recommend Sunset Grille and Crabby’s Beachside). The pool was super fun and we had it to ourselves both times. I had some user error with check-in and Dominick was very easy to reach and all was sorted out. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely choose this house again based on our stay.

We chose to visit St. Augustine last minute as Hurricane Helene was headed toward our original destination. Dominick was not only very helpful in navigate the area, but he advised on weather, locations, and things to do. We were only there for two short nights, but the space was just what we needed for three kids. We were very close to walk to the beach and appreciated the beach wagon, chairs, and toys provided. We were also appreciative to use the washer and dryer since it was very windy at the beach post-hurricane and we were able to wash our beachwear. It was a perfect little beach stay and we would definitely book again to see more of St. Augustine.

Our week stay was wonderful. The home was clean, spacious and great location. With our 2 little ones we knew a hotel wouldn’t be a good choice for us and am glad we chose this airbnb. Its steps away from the shared pool and a short walk to the beach which we enjoyed almost daily. Glad there was ample beach towels for us to use, as well as boogie boards and beach chairs. And the shower outside the home was a savior when it came to rinsing off all the sand. The home was about a 10-15min drive from downtown and along the way plenty of restaurants and shops to check out. Theres a Publix shopping center about 2miles away which was very convenient. Overall great location for our family. Dominick was a great host and answered any questions we had within a timely manner. We would definetly love to stay here again and would highly recommend. We really enjoyed our stay at Dominick’s place!! The outdoor area was SO nice. The big umbrella was perfect and there is a portion of the backyard that is covered so we could even hang outside in the rain. The location is good and very walkable to restaurants and the beach/pier area. The beach was a little more of a hike than we were expecting with small kids and a wagon, but not terrible - we were able to drive over early one morning and got parking closer with no problem. Overall I would definitely recommend, especially if you are planning to stay in some and make use of the back yard! The speaker set up (both inside and outside) were great touches!

Everything was lovely! My teenagers loved having both the beach and the pool within a few steps. An Uber to historic St. Augustine was less than $15 whenever they wanted to explore. Outdoor space was great- bedrooms and beds were comfortable and just right for 6 people.

This beach house on St Augustine Beach was perfect for our surprise. It’s one of the older homes but Dom and his wife have made the appropriate upgrades, especially the master bedroom/bathroom; well done!
Have to mention the towels - I’m a towel junky and these Martha Stewart towels were so luxurious! Bedding was too notch as well. Both tell a story about the owners and their care of their “renters”.
The backyard is perfect for small gatherings, some of the cushions are showing their wear but they served the purpose. Love the indoor/outdoor Bluetooth capability- also a music buff.
Kitchen; I’ve stayed at many many Airbnb’s in my life and I LOVE it when there are some of the basics - IE salt n pepper and so much more~ nice!!
All in all, remember this is a beach house “no glass” so solo cups for wine is OK.
We will be back for sure.

I can't say enough about Dominick or his gorgeous, immaculate home. We were in an urgent situation, having just arrived in St Augustine to find our original accommodations unacceptable, and Dominick could not have been more helpful, more gracious, more accommodating, keeping in constant communication as he worked through some logistics and prepared for our unexpected stay. As soon as I walked in this perfectly lovely home, I knew we were in the right place. Everything is as described. From the comfortable living space, large eat-in kitchen, very clean refrigerator and appliances, to the spotless bathrooms (which had plenty of hot water for 5 adults), big fluffy towels and oh-so-comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of cleaning supplies for everyday tidying, abundance of beach chairs, towels & playthings for the private beach access a very short walk away, and a handy faucet immediately outside the front door for rinsing before coming inside. We will stay with Dominick again!.

The Beach Home was the perfect hub for our exploration of amazing St. Augustine and the communities along 1A1. Located only 10-15 minutes from old St. Augustine. There are also several restaurants within walking distance. The beach is right across 1A1 with a beach pavilion and pier just a short 5 minute walk from the house. We enjoyed walking to the beach to watch the sunrise each morning before breakfast at Margie’s or at Island Donuts. Make sure to try the Coconut and Pineapple fritter…yum!
The house was clean, comfortable, and most of all…fun. The fenced in back yard and seating on the deck area felt like an oasis for enjoying some quiet moments at the end of a busy day. Everything in the house is just perfect - nicely furnished, comfortable beds, large kitchen, living room, bathrooms, and all of the amenities for an amazing Florida vacation.

We have stayed at a number of Airbnb locations for family vacations over the years, and this one ranks among the top! Dom was an incredible host — friendly, great communication and super responsive. We needed extra trash bags and dishwashing pods, and he had them to us within hours — and even brought donuts! The house is just steps from the beach, which is important with three kiddos! So much to do within walking distance — restaurants, mini golf, etc. The house is incredibly clean and has everything you would need for a wonderful beach stay. We can’t wait to return.

I really cannot say enough about Dominick as a host and his 2 homes. This is our 3rd time staying with him over the past 2 years. The first 2 visits we stayed at his 2 bed 2 bath house, and were amazed how many improvements he made between each of our stays. The house really did feel like home away from home for our family of 4. We were a little bummed that, because we had 2 cousins coming with us, we would have to go to his larger 4 bed 2 bath house, but it was just as amazing. While we missed the beautiful yard of the smaller home, the larger house has a great pool right outside the front door (and it is very well maintained). And the house itself was so perfect. Again, he's done so many updates and upgrades to the home that we immediately felt comfortable. The house was spotless, we loved both the upstairs deck and lower porch, there's a great fully stocked kitchen, all the linens and towels were top notch and the beach was a very short walk. We are so happy to have found Dominick because he really is an attentive, caring host, and sets a very high bar for all other airbnbs. Without question, we will never stay anywhere else when we visit the St Augustine area.

Had a fantastic time staying at the beach house. Very well furnished, well located for the beach, and bars/restaurants within walking distance. We got a taxi into and out of st Augustine a few times, and was less than $10 E/w. Otherwise good spot for driving around North Florida too, we were well placed for lots of day trips. We will be back, Dominick was a great host!

A home away from home in an amazing location. We will definitely be back! We stayed here while visiting our daughter who goes to college nearby and it was PERFECT. Everything felt comfortable and we felt right at home - the house is great for relaxing with family indoors or in the beautiful backyard. Absolute GEM!! The house is completely remodeled, inviting, great decor, and comfortable. My wife and kids had an amazing time, easy walking distance to the beach and restaurants. They even had all the beach amenities needed so we didn’t need to pack them. Quick 10 minute drive to downtown for historical tours. If you have kids and are looking for a place that isn’t in the middle of the historic district you have found it. This is the location in St Augustine where the kids and the parents are happy. Dominick was easy to get a hold of and very helpful with everything. Best Airbnb we have ever stay at.

Dominick’s house was clean and cozy! The weather was beautiful which allowed us to enjoy the beach during the day and the private backyard in the evening. The beds were super comfortable and all of us commented on how well we slept every night. The newly remodeled bathrooms are gorgeous! Additionally, Dom could not have been more responsive to any questions or concerns we had during our stay. We left rested and ready to face the rest of this school semester!

We had a wonderful time in St. Augustine, the home was a walk away to the pool and the beach. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a full kitchen spacious living room, and comfortable bedrooms. We enjoyed walking on the beach watching the sunrise and sunset and listening to the waves. The host was very friendly and the communication was great. What a fabulous place for a fun relaxing beach vacation!

We loved Dominick‘s place. The beach house was spotless and contained everything we needed. When I had a question, he got back to me in about 20 minutes.
The location is perfect. That area of the beach is beautiful and wasn’t too crowded. The neighborhood has direct beach access, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance.
It wasn’t the cheapest place to rent but it was pretty close to perfect. It was well worth the money.

Our stay in St. Augustine was so enjoyable we didn’t want to leave. It’s perfect for a family. Dominick’s place is exactly as stated, the neighborhood is quiet and safe, beds and baths are clean and comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with everything you may need. He is quick to respond and answer any questions to assure your stay is ideal. Beach is beautiful with access and the pool within walking distance. Historic district is a short drive. So many restaurants and choices everywhere. A fun and delicious experience is the Cajan Crab Hut. If you love gourmet cuisine and grilling then Fresh Market Island is a must. The Lighthouse and St Augustine Alligator farm are fun children.
Our family would not hesitate to book this place again.

This beach house was very nice. We couldn’t imagine a better place to rent for our weekend getaway. There was excellent access to the beach and restaurants, as well as an easy drive to downtown St Augustine, US-1, etc.
The home was clean, spacious and very well equipped. There were so many nuances and thoughtful amenities that left us impressed with the owner, who certainly put a lot of thought into the people who might stay there, with comfortable beds, and good living space.
Communication with Dominick was great. Our host was very attentive to our needs. He responded immediately to a funny situation involving a neighbor's cat, and made sure we were enjoying our stay.
We had a great time. I would highly recommend this home. We will be back on our next St. Augustine vacation if this place is available.

Worked perfectly for our big family attending a reunion. Easy walk to the beach and community pool is super close. Pool is heated and was a little too warm to be refreshing but not the owners fault. We had a great stay. The location was wonderful, just across from the beach and an easy walk. The drive into historic St. Augustine was short and there were tons of things to do in the area. We often stay at a hotel in this area but staying at this home for an extended stay was much better. Everything was in order and very comfortable and there was easy access in and out of the the home. The backyard area and grill were a huge plus and we enjoyed sitting outside in the evenings and just taking it easy. Dom stayed in contact with us to make sure everything was going fine and communicated quickly on any questions we had before our arrival. We give this property and owner the highest praise. We hope to be able to visit again in the near future. St. Augustine Beach is one of our favorite destination.

Dominik was great at communicating in a timely way. His home was exactly what we needed: a very clean home away from home to relax near the beach. He included local restaurant recommendations, which were appreciated, and was responsive and approachable with all of our questions. I appreciated the way his home was inviting me to relax. There were board games, puzzles, outdoor lounging chairs and hammock. I think the only thing there wasn’t was a cheese grater! I use one almost every day and take for granted that everyone does, too. However, I did not ask him to provide one but he was so accommodating that I feel that if I had he would have showed up with one. Seriously, I wish all homes we’ve visited had such a wonderful host as this home did. I will definitely be back, and highly recommend him and his home. It was a short walk to the beach, he had a beach wagon, chairs, umbrella for our use. How great is that?! Thank you, Dominick, for a great experience & sharing your home w/us!

Just returned home from a sister's trip to St. Augustine. We spent five nights at Dominick's home for our visit. I cannot say how much we enjoyed it! It was perfect! So comfortable, homey and plenty of room. Super cute, clean and very well appointed. Everything you would need to cook a nice meal. Now let me talk about the backyard! We spent each morning just sitting in the back, having our coffee and visiting. The yard is so spacious and quiet. Complete privacy. The house is within walking distance of several great restaurants and the beach. Dominick was a PERFECT host. I had a few questions and each time I would text, he responded immediately, going above and beyond. He came by the 1st evening to drop off something and spent some time to give us great recommendations for places to eat and things to do. I can't say enough good things about the house/yard, and what a great host Dominick was. Book this now, you won't regret it

Nice, clean, place as advertised and really close to the beach. We stayed here with toddlers and we were able to walk them back and forth about 2-3 minutes to and from the beach. The beach is beautiful too. Several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. Dominick was very helpful and responsive. I would stay here again!

Great location and perfect accommodations for our family girls getaway to celebrate my mom’s birthday! Great use of space in the home, nice decor, nice to have TVs in the comfy bedrooms, so convenient to have laundry available. Mornings on the deck with coffee and crosswords, and evenings playing games made for wonderful memories (although Dominick, you’ll need to replenish the paper for Pictionary!). Loved short walk to the amazing large clean beach (saw turtles in the conservation area!) plus the heated pool literally just outside the property offered best of both worlds. Wished there would have been beach chairs for the older folks in our group - they couldn’t easily sit on beach towels and rentals were on the spendy side for the short amount of time we wanted them. Very easy quick drive to St Augustine for sightseeing, and quick drive to grocery store. A1A Burrito Works “Mexican UFO” is a must! We hope to visit again!

OK - I thought about giving this place an awful review so I could have this booking all to myself anytime, NOT! A terrific location and the host Dominic couldn't be more accommodating; he went over and above to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house was clean and had everything one needed for a turn-key self catering vacation. Very relaxing and despite being in a close quartered neighborhood the back yard is quite private, fenced in without feeling cramped and very sunny; lounge chairs, deck, lawn, hammock, grill, tiki bar, subdued lighting, need I say more? Inside the beds are very comfortable and the entertainment systems are state of the art with blue tooth speakers inside and out. Steps to the beach and first class restaurants; park your car and forget it. P.S. I don't know how he did it but the weather was "almost" perfect the whole two months we stayed. :)

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Dominick's 4 bedroom/2 bathroom house, and I must say, it was an absolutely fantastic experience! From start to finish, the host was incredibly helpful and accommodating.
Firstly, the bedrooms were all beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the linens were soft.
In addition to the bedrooms, the rest of the property was equally impressive. The common areas, including the living room and dining room, were spacious making it easy for our group to relax and spend time together. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook meals.
Finally, the location of the property was perfect. It was situated in a quiet neighborhood and a short walk to the beach. The drive to historic downtown St. Augustine was approx. 10 minutes.
The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the property itself exceeded all of our expectation.

Dominick's place was Wonderful! It was as described - clean, spacious, great backyard, close to the beach! We walked every day to the beach and enjoyed the sunrise. Meticulously clean, and a pleasure to stay at.
We came down to attend the wedding of a friend's son and were in St. Augustine for four days. Dominick's place was only about 15 minutes to the Historical District of St. Augustine, where the wedding/reception were located. This was exactly what i was looking for. You can do as much or as little as you want in this space. The host was super welcoming and encouraged communication. Unfortunately, I missed my connection and I didn't get in until early into the next day. The host offered me a free night to make up for it! So generous.
There are restaurants within walking distance and of course the beach. Everything else is just a few miles away. The house felt like a home. The outdoor space was great too. The neighborhood was really quite and had a super mellow vibe.
This was a really great experience. I would highly recommend booking!

Thank you for a lovely home for our family vacation. Our family is spread across the east coast, so this home was perfect for us to gather our adult children for a Christmas celebration.
The home is clean, modern, comfortable and Lots of bedroom space. We loved the tasteful holiday decor and tree. We enjoyed walks on the beach, grilling and family games. The beach is a very SHORT walk and the pool is steps away. Both would be refreshing in the summer. We felt very safe at all times.
Plenty of space and seating for everyone to relax in quiet too! Loved the morning coffee on the patio -even with the crispy weather.
The kitchen has all the essentials, so we enjoyed cooking family meals.
There are many thoughtful details throughout the home. We appreciated the multiple coffee options, kitchen extra seats and even noticed the baby gate in the closet.
We cannot express how fabulous this home and host are. Beautiful home and area!

The location was perfect - close to everything. Communication was quick and super informative. The check in and out process was easy. The house was neat as a pin with a homey feel. Fantastic backyard, especially at night. King bed firm but comfortable. Slept very well. In easy walking distance to multiple restaurants and beaches, with more choices a 1-5 minute car ride away. We had amazing time at Dominick’s property. It was perfect for my large gathering with multiple family units. The kids loved playing at the pool and you can’t beat the proximity to the beach. The accommodations were very comfortable and had everything we could’ve needed. With lots of different areas to enjoy, every member of the family had a comfortable place to hang out! The property is in a quiet and safe community right on the beach and only a few minutes from restaurants, bars and attractions! Dominick is very responsive (not that we needed anything!) and attentive to his guests. We could tell that one of his highest priorities is his guests having a great time. I even forgot a few items upon check-out and he sent them to me the next day. I would definitely stay here again or at one of his other properties.

Dominick is an attentive host who puts thought into what his guests need for a comfortable stay away from home. The home is immaculate, updated and well kept. The beds and pillows are comfy and the kitchen is well stocked. There are plenty of towels and bonus beach towels/ sun-care supplies in the hallway closet. It is a short stroll to the private walkway to the beach (1 minute walk). The beach itself is beautiful and not overcrowded. It was perfect for a nice relaxing family day. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after your time in the sand. The pool is right out the front door and offers a place for the younger kiddos to play in the water if they are too small for the ocean waves. The home is located in the heart of St Augustine Beach and is within walking distance to shops and restaurants. Dominick home was the perfect choice for our family and I'd definitely return again.

This home was perfectly detailed down to the surfboard toilet handle. The interior decor was perfect and the yard was a true oasis. Literally steps from beach access this was the perfect beach house. Historic downtown is a convenient 10-12 minutes away. Dominick's Beach House was THE perfect place to stay in St Augustine! It was super clean, quiet and decorated in soothing colors with a fun beach theme. It's conveniently located within walking distance to St Augustine Beach and also very close to many restaurants. Dominick checked in during our stay and answered any questions we had immediately. This home is absolutely perfect. My husband and I and our two sons and my sons girlfriend stayed for a few days. The house was immaculate and adorable. The outside area was perfect! We grilled dinner and ate outside and listened to music through the blue tooth speaker system. The location is a very short walk to the beach and lots of great places to eat. The only downside was that we did not stay long enough! We plan to book again next spring. I give this beautiful home a perfect 10!!

We booked Dominick’s home for our spring break stay about 3 months before. He was So great with communication and making sure we had the information we needed. He checked in with us the week of our stay, gave Great check in instructions and tips/hints for the location. Dominick also checked in with us while we were there to make sure we had what we needed and to let us know he was available if we had any questions. The location is Amazing. Close to so much, but feels like an oasis. The street that the house is on can be a busy one, but Dominick’s outdoor space makes you feel like there is nothing else around. It was the Most relaxing space!! The kitschy vibe of the town made us feel local, but let us enjoy being tourists as well. Highly recommend this vacation space Dominick shared with us!!

We had a great stay at this home and would recommend it to anyone. We will be back! The location of this property was perfect for what we wanted to do in St. Augustine. It is walking & biking distances to some great restaurants. The little cafe' at the end of the street was one of my favorites, where we had an awesome breakfast. Walking to the beach was great as well, just across the street to Anastasia beach at Anastasia State Park. The St. Augustine Pier was just a few blocks away as well. The backyard was great place to relax in, after a long day of shopping at George St in the Historic District next to the fort. It was only 8 to10 minute drive to Fort and Shops! This was very relaxing place to stay and we look forward to coming back and staying again!

They rent extensively every season up north in CT & New Jersey and were thrilled to drop into a home that was spotlessly setup for them. The house is as shown in the listing ...better in some ways. Photos are accurate. The peacfulness of the neighborhood and the privacy the fence provides is something you will have to experience. The house location is ideal....especially for me. We also really appreciated access to laundry which is helpful for packing light (and avoiding a sandy mess after a day at the beach!) We didn't want to stay at the Embassy Suites for our high school reunion. This was so much better! Love the backyard setup and the coastal decor throughout the house.. We were able to walk to the hotel and even Salt Life restaurant/bar where our events were. Bonus! My husband is a surfer and it was easy to walk across the street to find a wave. Best thing was the outside shower to rinse off the sand surfboard when he got back. Dom was easy to reach if I needed anything... even for dinner suggestions. We had a great time and hope to stay here again.

We set out to find a little retreat from the northeast and landed in St Augustine Beach. House is located inside a small quiet neighborhood off the main A1A beach blvd and is situated just minutes from the beach. Also located within quick walks to other fun places for meals and happy hours. We found Dom was very responsive to our messages and checked in during the trip to ensure we were enjoying the stay. It was just myself and my wife on the trip but the house is well situated for several more people. Back yard is spacious and is a relaxing spot if you wanted to enjoy drinks in the sun. Honestly no real drawbacks on the property as it had everything we needed for the trip. Uber/Lyft services into town are a little longer wait or sometimes aren't available but they have local taxi services you can call for a quick ride to downtown where lots of the main POIs are (12 min ride). Would stay here again if we made our way back down to St. Augustine.

We had the BEST time! Dominick's wonderful home is a short walk to the beach. When I say short, I mean short, like 4 minutes! Its close to everything! The beach, great restaurants, grocery stores, STARBUCKS! It can't be beat! Dominick was one of the best hosts I have had the pleasure of experiencing. His home is extremely clean, sanitized and beautifully decorated in a relaxing beach theme. The decorative accents and access to everything we needed in the home made vacationing with 6 people (a 14, 9 & 7 yr old included), so easy! The backyard has so much space to just hang and vibe with the family. He also has a grill and the backyard lights up at night! When we weren't at the beach, we spent a couple nights just hanging out back and playing games. It was truly magical. If you are looking for a great place to stay right near the beach, attentive and caring hosts, and a clean & comfy place to stay, let Dominick take care of you! He has you covered!
